I am currently under contract with another company but I would like to mention a couple of praises and appreciation because honest businesses are hard to come by. I bought my home in 2015 Hillenburg installed my unit and thankfully, I am so very grateful they do this, they registered my warranties for my unit. I was a young 20 something, first time home buyer, and had NO idea about registering things for warranties. I am use to learning my lessons the expensive way but luckily Hillenburg had registered it for me in my name. Then 2016 my coils froze up, I was pregnant in the heat of summer and they came out, fixed it, submitted my claim, and it was free of charge. To my knowledge they could’ve charged me for Freon and labor but didn’t. Fast forward to now. My outside units serial numbers were faded to the point we could not see them anymore and my compressor has frozen up and I’m in need of a replacement that my warranty would honor. I can’t find my owners manual (lesson learned) and I did not write these numbers down because I didn’t think I needed to (lesson learned). Luckily, Skylar( I may have misspelled her name) was more than willing to look this up for me. She didn’t care if I wasn’t using their services she was more worried about helping me out. You just don’t find places like that anymore and it really has stuck with me all day. There’s no strings attached, they are out there doing their jobs while being great people. That’s how you get returning and new customers. I will 10/10 recommend anyone to yall.

Highly recommend this company. I’m very new to the area. I called on a Sunday evening and Chris was at my door by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost of the service call and repair was VERY reasonable. I will definitely be calling Hillenburg for any future HVAC needs. Thank you!
