Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!
I am beyond thankful for Hillenburg Heat & Air!! In this craziness of weather they worked us in today for our heat!! Stephen was so nice and was very helpful. I could not be more thankful for how quick they were to help us….despite the amount of calls for heat in this Arkansas Snowmageddon! If you need your unit worked on….call Hillenburg! Amazing customer service. They responded quickly to a need. It turns out it wasn’t an actual AC issue, but a problem with my breaker. He told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the problem. So thankful for them!
Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Thanks Chad!
Huge shout out to Josh and Chad! Not only was this company open early on a Sunday morning, but they were able to fix my heat the very same day in the snow and freezing temperatures. I am incredibly grateful that they came out in such terrible conditions and took care of the problem so quickly. Their professionalism and dedication truly went above and beyond. I will absolutely be using this company again and highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Hillenburg was amazing! Our Tech Chad was awesome, he was extremely knowledgable and really explained everything in detail to me, so that I could understand all of my options. I felt that he really made an effort to give me more than one option to fix my air conditioner. I will not use anyone else besides Hillenburg from now on!
Excellent work! Our air went out, and they had someone there within a few hours of my call. They diagnosed, fixed the problem quickly, and were so nice! Highly recommend this company!
