They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.

So professional and helpful! They were quick to respond to our problem. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired the broke valve on our HVAC the next day and even checked that it was covered under warranty. When we had issues with the heat after they’d repaired the valve, the tech came back that same night & helped trouble shoot and even installed a new thermostat for us to fix the issue. Couldn’t be more happy with the service! Highly recommend!

I had this company come out today and replace a 5 ton unit. Great pricing and professional service. The crew they sent out Tate and Connor were awesome. They knocked this thing out of the park and it was not an easy installation. But to be honest my favorite part of the install was watching Tate and Connor teach the apprentice they had with them. Bringing up the next generation of skilled tradesman is what is all about out.

He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our system. Steve diagnosed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job right. My part was still under warranty but the labor was not but they went ahead and did it for free anyway. Will recommend to anybody needing heating and air work and they have a customer for life in me.

Today was one of the hottest days of the year and our AC malfunctioned. I called Hillenburg from a recommendation and they came the same day. Chad diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. He gave me a good number to call if I have a problem before the repair part comes in. I am very pleased with Chad. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what needs to be done. He wasn’t in a hurry and was respectful. Thumbs up to you!
