Excellent work! They installed a new AC system and removed and installed new ductwork! And so as not to leave me and my wife without air over the weekend, they worked quickly and efficiently and got it done earlier than expected! I HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family! They will remain our “GoTo” for all of our heat and air needs!
Kyle did our winter service today. He was very professional and polite. He did a thorough cleaning keeping with Hillenburg’s professional standards.
Beyond beating the price of replacement units from the competition they did a fast tear out and install, and took a few extra steps along the way leaving nice uniform bends in the outdoor line set.
We had our air go out and it was after 5pm and it was 87* in the house. Called Hillenburg and left a message. Got a call back within minutes and they sent someone out within an hour or so. Nick came out ( outstanding young man!) and got us cooled down again!! We will definitely be using Hillenburg from here on out!! Thanks for the outstanding service!

My elderly mom’s AC failed in 100 degree weather a few weeks ago and I live out of state. I called 5 companies to do my due diligence before hearing about Hillenburg from my old childhood friend Tommy. He told me to call Brandon and gave me his number. Brandon was the only one who impressed me with his responsiveness, price, install turnaround time and service after the sale. This is a HUGE purchase so you want to make sure you get it right and I feel confident in choosing the best company in Central Arkansas. Big thanks to the guys at Hillenburg for helping me get my air working this morning. When I initially called to set up an appointment, both people I talked to were very nice and were able to get me an appointment right away. Also, the men who showed up to my house were on time, efficient, and professional. Hopefully my unit runs well for a long time, but if something were to happen again I wouldn’t hesitate to call Hillenburg.

Yesterday, Hillenburg crew installed our new central heat and air unit and we wanted to let you know what an outstanding job was done by all of them. Christen, Cody and Jerry arrived on time and started to work immediately removing the old unit that was in our tiny hall closet in our older home. The dedication and time they spent ensuring everything was done properly was exceptional. They were all very polite, professional and ensured the job was completed in a not so easy space to work in. We had a great night with a warm house last night thanks to their great service. We don’t post reviews on public sites but wanted to ensure that our 5 star rating for this company, the installment crew and service were recognized. We will highly recommend Hillenburg Heat and Air.
