Our heat pump was only 2 years old, but was builder grade and was having serious issues. We were convinced we would need a new unit and put in a request for a quote. Allen arrived and earned our long term business because he didn’t jump to such a big expense right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the existing unit and went above and beyond to try to fix it before discussing replacement. Unfortunately, the primary problem with our unit could not be repaired effectively and we needed a new (reliable) system. Allen walked us through all options and had us scheduled for replacement immediately. On the day of installation, CJ arrived early and had the attic and outside units as well as new thermostat installed in a matter of hours – including cleanup of everything. Highly recommend Hillenburg!

So professional and helpful! They were quick to respond to our problem. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired the broke valve on our HVAC the next day and even checked that it was covered under warranty. When we had issues with the heat after they’d repaired the valve, the tech came back that same night & helped trouble shoot and even installed a new thermostat for us to fix the issue. Couldn’t be more happy with the service! Highly recommend!

Kyle did our winter service today. He was very professional and polite. He did a thorough cleaning keeping with Hillenburg’s professional standards.

Called Sunday and Brandon was very helpful in scheduling a tech to come out first thing Monday morning to address our a/c problem. Chris showed up and was very courteous and professional, found out the problem and took care of it in a timely manner and explained what he did and what to watch for. We now have cold air blowing. Thanks Brandon for sending out Chris and thank you Chris. Purchased their maintenance package.
