Highly recommend this company. I’m very new to the area. I called on a Sunday evening and Chris was at my door by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost of the service call and repair was VERY reasonable. I will definitely be calling Hillenburg for any future HVAC needs. Thank you!
They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.
Tony and Christian installed our heating /air conditioning unit yesterday 10-26-21 and we are well pleased with the job they did! Very friendly and professional! I highly recommend them! 😊

Hillenburg Heat & Air provides amazing customer service. I have called them for various reasons over the last year and they are prompt and flexible with sending their technicians out. Chad, our most recent technician, took time to ask questions and listen to the problems that we were having with our unit. He was clear, concise, and easy to follow while explaining possible reasons for the problems that were occurring. We will continue to use this company.
