Amazing, got off of work and it was 90 degrees in my house. Gave them a call and Jeremiah quickly came out and found the problem. He answered all my questions and replaced the part. He might work in the 100 degree heat, but he’s a really “cool” guy!

It was over 80 degrees in our house and we have a 14 month old baby! So air is crucial! Chad was one of the best techs I have ever dealt with! Keep him around a long time!!!

Definitely recommend Hillenburg. After having a bad experience with another company, Jeremiah came out, diagnosed and fixed one of the two ACs in our home. He got the other to prodice cold air and a part is on order for the permanent fix. All this in about 25-30 mins. He was very personable and communicated well.

Nick and Christian installed a new heat and air unit for me yesterday. We had milked my old unit for a year and a half, but it was time. First, they were on time, friendly and explained everything to me. They were both extremely professional and worked until they got everything done. My main concern was the original line set possibly having a leak in it due to the freon I was loosing. Nick took his time and did a good pressure check and ran a really long vacuum on it. Everything checked out great. Christian for being so young is a very hard worker. Thank you Christian and Nick for installing the new system and Thank you Hillenburg Heat and Air. I would like to thank Brandon, Steven and Chad for getting my heat back up and running. It took a bit to figure out the problem however they were more than willing to make sure they got my heat going. After 4 visits, new heating strips and new thermostat I hope to be able now make it through the winter. They took the time and knew when my heat was installed it was done wrong and willing to fix it. I will be recommending Hillenburg and using them for years to come. ❤️

Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Thanks Chad!

I can see why this company has a 5 star. They replaced my entire system same day with no problems at all! The cost was excellent in comparison!! A very professional team with excellent attitudes and very knowledgeable about there jobs and there roles each one played meaning they had excellent team building skills and working like a well oiled machine!!!
