This was our second time to use Hillenburg. We were so impressed with the overall process the first time that we decided to call them again. We decided this time to heat and cool our garage. We are so thankful for Hillenburg! Today our downstairs heating unit decided to stop working on one of the coldest days of the year. Not only did Brandon walk my husband through steps to correct the issue, he also identified and fixed another issue that multiple other companies over 4 years were never able to fix.

Had an issue with our downstairs unit. Called in the morning thinking I would have to wait a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they could have someone out that evening. The technician Zack gave me a heads up he was on his way, very friendly, knowledgeable and got us back up and running. Super happy with the service and will be using them in the future.
Chad was at our house within 2 hours of calling, on a Saturday morning. He was courteous and professional and had our system up and running within a half hour. He gave us service advice and tips and the price was way better than any of the bigger outfits, who couldn’t even get to us today. We’ve found a new a/c company.
We had technicians Johnathan, AJ, Jerry, Matthew come out work several hours in snow,, sleet, and rain weather today till the job was finished, We thank you all for the speedy appointment to get heat in our home. Very professional company and how it operates.
