Hillenburg Heat & Air provides amazing customer service. I have called them for various reasons over the last year and they are prompt and flexible with sending their technicians out. Chad, our most recent technician, took time to ask questions and listen to the problems that we were having with our unit. He was clear, concise, and easy to follow while explaining possible reasons for the problems that were occurring. We will continue to use this company.

Chris and Allen came out for the seasonal check up. We ended up needing a new capacitor. They are exceptionally professional and extremely nice people!! Hillenburg will always be our go to place for exceptional service!! Thanks Chris and Allen!!

We have to give a huge shout out to Brandon Hillenburg and his crew from Hillenburg Heat and Air for the amazing job they did in makeing it possible for us to have Air conditioning when our Air Conditioner went out early Saturday (7-2-22) with the Holiday weekend upon us, it did not stop Brandon from making it possible (working us in) for his installers getting together to have a brand new unit installed and working tonight, Cody, Brandon, Christian and Rebel showed up at 5:00 pm and worked non stop installing new units inside and out till 8:00 pm. Our sincere gratitude and praise goes out to these guys. We will be forever grateful for their compassion and dedication in making Hillenburg Heat and Air about serving the community with grace and dignity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for rescuing us in the time of need !

We had an amazing experience with Tyler. Not only did he fix our air conditioning promptly and efficiently, but he was also incredibly kind and patient. My daughter was fascinated by the work he was doing, and he took the time to explain everything to her with a great sense of humor. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled, but also genuinely attentive and friendly.

Big thanks to the guys at Hillenburg for helping me get my air working this morning. When I initially called to set up an appointment, both people I talked to were very nice and were able to get me an appointment right away. Also, the men who showed up to my house were on time, efficient, and professional. Hopefully my unit runs well for a long time, but if something were to happen again I wouldn’t hesitate to call Hillenburg.

Amazing, got off of work and it was 90 degrees in my house. Gave them a call and Jeremiah quickly came out and found the problem. He answered all my questions and replaced the part. He might work in the 100 degree heat, but he’s a really “cool” guy!
