Hillenburg Heat & Air provides amazing customer service. I have called them for various reasons over the last year and they are prompt and flexible with sending their technicians out. Chad, our most recent technician, took time to ask questions and listen to the problems that we were having with our unit. He was clear, concise, and easy to follow while explaining possible reasons for the problems that were occurring. We will continue to use this company.

Hillenburg Heat and Air LLC. Is the best I. Found so far. They took my call and had a service tech on-site mid afternoon. The techs name was Steve I believe, he was friendly efficient and seemed to care. Great Job to all of you.

Cody on the service side did a phenomenal job. Between his communication and thoroughness about what the problem was, he was able to guide me through what needed to be done. Hands down now my go to guy I’ll request when it comes to getting hvac service done with hillenburg!

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Amazing customer service!!! I made an appointment for installation the crew was there on time and very professional. The new units work very well and efficiently. I haven’t had a single issue since they were installed. Highly recommend to anyone who needs new heating and air!

Cody came out to my house, in the horrible heat, climbed into my attic & repaired my air conditioner. I asked him some questions and he was answered me in plain language (not too technical…😮lol). * Polite, respectful, and knowledgable. He went above & beyond. It is great to see the professional skills & people skills in this young man.

Amazing customer service. They responded quickly to a need. It turns out it wasn’t an actual AC issue, but a problem with my breaker. He told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the problem. So thankful for them!
