These folks have been so helpful and supportive of our needs. Chad stopped by when we didn’t know what was the best choice for our situation. He explained it very throughly of what could work. No pressure just call us when you decide. So we decided to do as he suggested. Tyler, Cody, and Andrew arrived to install our system. They are such polite young men. They work hard and work well as a team. We love the system they installed in our garage for heating and cooling. Totally separate from house system. Of course Chad being the good man he is checked back to lake sure we are happy with it all! It’s just amazing how it works. Love it! Thanks Hillenburg team. Highly recommend this company. I’m very new to the area. I called on a Sunday evening and Chris was at my door by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost of the service call and repair was VERY reasonable. I will definitely be calling Hillenburg for any future HVAC needs. Thank you!

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. Kyle did our winter service today. He was very professional and polite. He did a thorough cleaning keeping with Hillenburg’s professional standards.

Jeremiah came out to service my AC after I called them because Sanders said I needed a new unit and quoted me over $15K. Jeremiah came out, walked me out to the unit and showed me it was just low on Freon. He filled it with Freon, serviced the unit, walked in the house and checked the temps from the vents, and told me about a great annual service membership that would actually save me money and ensure my unit last for years. I will definitely be using Hillenburg going forward.

Highly recommend! Chad is the best! He fixed our AC in no time. He showed up earlier than expected, was professional, and remembered our family from the times we’ve had our tune ups! The company was very accommodating to get us in ASAP!

Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!

So professional and helpful! They were quick to respond to our problem. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired the broke valve on our HVAC the next day and even checked that it was covered under warranty. When we had issues with the heat after they’d repaired the valve, the tech came back that same night & helped trouble shoot and even installed a new thermostat for us to fix the issue. Couldn’t be more happy with the service! Highly recommend!

Very thankful to my sister for recommending Hillenburg. Within a few hours of calling , Chris was at our house and had our air back up and running.
