Chris was polite and professional, and had my problem diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. He explained exactly what the problem was, which I appreciated. Also, the men who showed up to my house were on time, efficient, and professional. We were having constant issues with our AC. We figured it was time for a whole new system and decided to get some estimates. Chad from Hillenburg came out on the same day I called. He recommended the perfect unit for our home and our needs, at a very fair and reasonable price. Three days later, our installers showed up on time and got to work. Tyler and Tanner were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard until the job was done. They finished much quicker than I expected, explained everything and answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am beyond impressed by, and grateful for, Hillenburg. This company is the one to beat.
