My how was like 92°+ and my unit wasn’t cooling my house. After trying to call a few different places, Hillenburg actually answered the phone, with a human. They told me they only had after hours appointments (good to know if I have an emergency they offer those) available for that day (Tuesday) Or, I could set up an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. There would be a charge for an after hours appointment so I opted for the 9 AM. The Tech Chris arrived early, was open and honest. He didn’t try to up sales anything, cleaned my unit and replaced my thermostat. Made me aware of their other services. My house is now cool. They made me aware of their warranties. Charge me a fair price. (Less than i was expecting) And we’re on their way in less than an hour. Would highly recommend using them! And if you’re lucky you’ll get Chris as your tech. He doesn’t awesome job

Our AC went out Friday night! I called Hillenburg before 8am Saturday and they had Chris out within a few hours! Chris was very professional & informative! We are very thankful for the timely service & seamless repairs! We will be using them again in the future!

Steve Colbert worked diligently until he had my furnace working properly. I would recommend this company to anyone! Great communication and professional service, great people to work with.

They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.

Just mover here from AZ and had trouble with my AC and The Customer Service from the first call witch happened to be the owner, to the service tech that came out was absolutely Great! Honestly, I can’t say enough about these guys. I thought I could fix my AC myself get myself in a pickle. They came out there like no problem man we got you took care of it. Very fair price great service highly recommend.
