Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Nick and Christian installed a new heat and air unit for me yesterday. We had milked my old unit for a year and a half, but it was time. First, they were on time, friendly and explained everything to me. They were both extremely professional and worked until they got everything done. My main concern was the original line set possibly having a leak in it due to the freon I was loosing. Nick took his time and did a good pressure check and ran a really long vacuum on it. Everything checked out great. Christian for being so young is a very hard worker. Thank you Christian and Nick for installing the new system and Thank you Hillenburg Heat and Air. Chris came out for a move-in inspection. He was very professional and informed me of the differences between my current Heat/Air unit and others I’ve had previously. I would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them again if needed.
