They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.

Huge shout out to Josh and Chad! Not only was this company open early on a Sunday morning, but they were able to fix my heat the very same day in the snow and freezing temperatures. I am incredibly grateful that they came out in such terrible conditions and took care of the problem so quickly. Their professionalism and dedication truly went above and beyond. Today was one of the hottest days of the year and our AC malfunctioned. I called Hillenburg from a recommendation and they came the same day. Chad diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. He gave me a good number to call if I have a problem before the repair part comes in. I am very pleased with Chad. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what needs to be done. He wasn’t in a hurry and was respectful. Thumbs up to you!

Amazing customer service!!! I made an appointment for installation the crew was there on time and very professional. The new units work very well and efficiently. I haven’t had a single issue since they were installed. Highly recommend to anyone who needs new heating and air!

I am beyond thankful for Hillenburg Heat & Air!! In this craziness of weather they worked us in today for our heat!! Stephen was so nice and was very helpful. I could not be more thankful for how quick they were to help us….despite the amount of calls for heat in this Arkansas Snowmageddon! If you need your unit worked on….call Hillenburg! We were having constant issues with our AC. We figured it was time for a whole new system and decided to get some estimates. Chad from Hillenburg came out on the same day I called. He recommended the perfect unit for our home and our needs, at a very fair and reasonable price. Three days later, our installers showed up on time and got to work. Tyler and Tanner were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard until the job was done. They finished much quicker than I expected, explained everything and answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am beyond impressed by, and grateful for, Hillenburg. This company is the one to beat.

My air went out and I called after hours. Chad was the tech who came to my house. He was fantastic. Went above and beyond and got my air working! It was over 80 degrees in our house and we have a 14 month old baby! So air is crucial! Chad was one of the best techs I have ever dealt with! Keep him around a long time!!!
