Hillenburg was amazing! Our Tech Chad was awesome, he was extremely knowledgable and really explained everything in detail to me, so that I could understand all of my options. I felt that he really made an effort to give me more than one option to fix my air conditioner. I will not use anyone else besides Hillenburg from now on!

For those of you who know me will understand how important it is to have a GREAT HVAC guy! Well I’ve had some significant bumps in the road the past 3 years and Hillenburg has been there for me every time I’ve called…. Not just to do their job but actually go above and beyond to help me when I need it the most. But it doesn’t stop there….when you call the office you get to chat with Kimberley. I really think she might actually carry a magic wand in her purse because she’s the one that has kept everything moving when I thought there is no way! We had our air go out and it was after 5pm and it was 87* in the house. Called Hillenburg and left a message. Got a call back within minutes and they sent someone out within an hour or so. Nick came out ( outstanding young man!) and got us cooled down again!! We will definitely be using Hillenburg from here on out!! Thanks for the outstanding service!
