They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.

Our heat pump was only 2 years old, but was builder grade and was having serious issues. We were convinced we would need a new unit and put in a request for a quote. Allen arrived and earned our long term business because he didn’t jump to such a big expense right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the existing unit and went above and beyond to try to fix it before discussing replacement. Unfortunately, the primary problem with our unit could not be repaired effectively and we needed a new (reliable) system. Allen walked us through all options and had us scheduled for replacement immediately. On the day of installation, CJ arrived early and had the attic and outside units as well as new thermostat installed in a matter of hours – including cleanup of everything. Highly recommend Hillenburg!

Amazing customer service. They responded quickly to a need. It turns out it wasn’t an actual AC issue, but a problem with my breaker. He told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the problem. So thankful for them!

Great service, great results, and reasonable price. Lee came out and made a quick diagnosis on a system that has had issues every summer for a few years. Diagnosed a couple of other problems after I asked questions and our system is hammering out cold air now. Lee helped me drop the humidity, clear out the hot air, and level out the temp throughout the house. We’re running at 77 degrees and comfortable.

Definitely recommend Hillenburg. After having a bad experience with another company, Jeremiah came out, diagnosed and fixed one of the two ACs in our home. He got the other to prodice cold air and a part is on order for the permanent fix. All this in about 25-30 mins. He was very personable and communicated well.

We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! Chris came out for a move-in inspection. He was very professional and informed me of the differences between my current Heat/Air unit and others I’ve had previously. I would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them again if needed.
