Had an issue with our downstairs unit. Called in the morning thinking I would have to wait a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they could have someone out that evening. The technician Zack gave me a heads up he was on his way, very friendly, knowledgeable and got us back up and running. Super happy with the service and will be using them in the future.

Allen Holland stopped by today and immediately noticed several issues that were wrong with my system. I’ve got cold air blowing throughout my house which used to be nearly non-existent. Hillenburg Heat & Air provides amazing customer service. I have called them for various reasons over the last year and they are prompt and flexible with sending their technicians out. Chad, our most recent technician, took time to ask questions and listen to the problems that we were having with our unit. He was clear, concise, and easy to follow while explaining possible reasons for the problems that were occurring. We will continue to use this company.
I can see why this company has a 5 star. They replaced my entire system same day with no problems at all! The cost was excellent in comparison!! A very professional team with excellent attitudes and very knowledgeable about there jobs and there roles each one played meaning they had excellent team building skills and working like a well oiled machine!!! We had our air go out and it was after 5pm and it was 87* in the house. Called Hillenburg and left a message. Got a call back within minutes and they sent someone out within an hour or so. Nick came out ( outstanding young man!) and got us cooled down again!! We will definitely be using Hillenburg from here on out!! Thanks for the outstanding service!
