Called in the morning because my unit wasn’t kicking on, and a Technician showed up within a couple hours. Chris was polite and professional, and had my problem diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. He explained exactly what the problem was, which I appreciated. Will definitely be using you guys in the future!

Hillenburg was amazing! Our Tech Chad was awesome, he was extremely knowledgable and really explained everything in detail to me, so that I could understand all of my options. I felt that he really made an effort to give me more than one option to fix my air conditioner. I will not use anyone else besides Hillenburg from now on!
Honestly, I can’t say enough about these guys. I thought I could fix my AC myself get myself in a pickle. They came out there like no problem man we got you took care of it. Very fair price great service highly recommend.
We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! Thank you so much Brandon for taking our call, Buddy and Daniel for driving in this crazy weather. You guys are truly appreciated!!

I can not say enough about how pleased we are regarding the service provided by Hillenburg co. Fast service, professional, Excellent work, fair price and very knowledgeable regarding all our issues. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any heating or air issues. Very pleased. Trustworthy company.
Great service, great results, and reasonable price. Lee came out and made a quick diagnosis on a system that has had issues every summer for a few years. Diagnosed a couple of other problems after I asked questions and our system is hammering out cold air now. Lee helped me drop the humidity, clear out the hot air, and level out the temp throughout the house. We’re running at 77 degrees and comfortable.
Huge shout out to Josh and Chad! Not only was this company open early on a Sunday morning, but they were able to fix my heat the very same day in the snow and freezing temperatures. I am incredibly grateful that they came out in such terrible conditions and took care of the problem so quickly. Their professionalism and dedication truly went above and beyond. I will absolutely be using this company again and highly recommend them to anyone in need.
