This company is going on my call list for future HVAC needs. My condensor motor blew on my a/c unit and our tech drove to Little Rock from Cabot to get the motor we needed after countless calls to suppliers to track down the exact one we needed. We close on selling our house in 3 days so time was of the essence and these guys got r’ done!!! So relieved to have it fixed and fixed right. This is the kind of experience I love to have in dealing with home service companies. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Big thanks to our friendly technician who got us hooked up. You are the MAN!!!!!

We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! Thank you so much Brandon for taking our call, Buddy and Daniel for driving in this crazy weather. You guys are truly appreciated!!

Definitely recommend Hillenburg. After having a bad experience with another company, Jeremiah came out, diagnosed and fixed one of the two ACs in our home. He got the other to prodice cold air and a part is on order for the permanent fix. All this in about 25-30 mins. He was very personable and communicated well.

Amazing customer service. They responded quickly to a need. It turns out it wasn’t an actual AC issue, but a problem with my breaker. He told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the problem. So thankful for them!

We had an amazing experience with Tyler. Not only did he fix our air conditioning promptly and efficiently, but he was also incredibly kind and patient. My daughter was fascinated by the work he was doing, and he took the time to explain everything to her with a great sense of humor. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled, but also genuinely attentive and friendly.

Talk about speed and efficiency! They were out and fixing our unit in less than 4 hours, and had it up and running in about an hour! Chris gave us some amazing service, 10/10!

Kyle was our technician and he was incredible. Really nice and genuine guy, troubleshot everything he could think of until he found the problem and fixed our unit. Our house was approaching 90 degrees and he worked incredibly hard until he was able to fix it. To make it better, I called at 3pm and Kyle was out to fix it at exactly 5pm. I cannot reccomend these people enough!
