Prompt & professional! Quick, same day service! Great pricing (practically unbeatable in this area I’ve found) ! Our tech, Jeremiah, was very knowledgeable & helpful! Chris came out for a move-in inspection. He was very professional and informed me of the differences between my current Heat/Air unit and others I’ve had previously. I would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them again if needed.

Just used Hillenburg Heat and Air for the first time. Technician’s name was Allen. Did a great job servicing my heater. Very professional, thorough, and informative. Call these guys if you need work done!!
I called in around 6AM during the snow last week. Within a few minutes Brandon called to see what was going on. I told him the heater wasn’t keeping up and he walked me through a few simple troubleshooting steps just to see if he could get it fixed real quick.
We could not get it corrected so he informed me that he would get someone as soon as he could. I was informed that they were busy and it might be a couple of days. I totally understood and ask that he get me on the schedule. Very appreciative of his efforts to get my heater going.
Brandon text me about 30 minutes after our phone conversation and let me know he could get someone out that same day. Definitely was not expecting that quick of service especially with the weather conditions.
By 4:00 that afternoon he had a team at my home to diagnose and repair the issue. I could not have been more impressed. They had me up and running about an hour later.
I want to thank Brandon and his crew and company for all the did. If anyone needs quick, reliable, and honest HVAC work these are the people to call.
Our AC went out Friday night! I called Hillenburg before 8am Saturday and they had Chris out within a few hours! Chris was very professional & informative! We are very thankful for the timely service & seamless repairs! We will be using them again in the future!
Cody on the service side did a phenomenal job. Between his communication and thoroughness about what the problem was, he was able to guide me through what needed to be done. Hands down now my go to guy I’ll request when it comes to getting hvac service done with hillenburg!
Amazing customer service!!! I made an appointment for installation the crew was there on time and very professional. The new units work very well and efficiently. I haven’t had a single issue since they were installed. Highly recommend to anyone who needs new heating and air!
Great crew, fast service. Just replaced an old unit that was 20 years old with an updated split system. Works great and only runs a fraction of the time to hold.
