not only did they take time out of their day to make me and my mother comfortable this summer but they made sure my system was working properly and fixed the mistakes that another company should’ve when they installed my ac unit. thank yall so much u have no idea how much this means to me!!! We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! Thank you so much Brandon for taking our call, Buddy and Daniel for driving in this crazy weather. You guys are truly appreciated!!

Hillenburg Heat & Air provides amazing customer service. I have called them for various reasons over the last year and they are prompt and flexible with sending their technicians out. Chad, our most recent technician, took time to ask questions and listen to the problems that we were having with our unit. He was clear, concise, and easy to follow while explaining possible reasons for the problems that were occurring. We will continue to use this company.
My air went out this weekend and it got up to 95 in the house. I made the call and Daniel had it fixed in no time…so thankful!!!!
