We were having constant issues with our AC. We figured it was time for a whole new system and decided to get some estimates. Chad from Hillenburg came out on the same day I called. He recommended the perfect unit for our home and our needs, at a very fair and reasonable price. Three days later, our installers showed up on time and got to work. Tyler and Tanner were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard until the job was done. They finished much quicker than I expected, explained everything and answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am beyond impressed by, and grateful for, Hillenburg. This company is the one to beat.
My elderly mom’s AC failed in 100 degree weather a few weeks ago and I live out of state. I called 5 companies to do my due diligence before hearing about Hillenburg from my old childhood friend Tommy. He told me to call Brandon and gave me his number. Brandon was the only one who impressed me with his responsiveness, price, install turnaround time and service after the sale. This is a HUGE purchase so you want to make sure you get it right and I feel confident in choosing the best company in Central Arkansas. Chad was right in time, super friendly, and had our air up and running in less than half an hour! The bill was BEYOND reasonable! I’m always scared to call for HVAC repairs because they can be so expensive, not this time! I will NEVER use anyone else!

Beyond beating the price of replacement units from the competition they did a fast tear out and install, and took a few extra steps along the way leaving nice uniform bends in the outdoor line set.
Hillenburg Heat and Air deserves every one of these 5 stars! Their promptness and quick service were outstanding, and the technician (Chris) was excellent—professional, skilled, and friendly. Highly recommend! Yearly maintenance agreement is definitely worth it!
