Highly recommend this company. I’m very new to the area. I called on a Sunday evening and Chris was at my door by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost of the service call and repair was VERY reasonable. They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.

Used a competitor last year to service our AC for the year. They barely sprayed it off. Used Hillenburg This year and the tech spent an hour cleaning it from stem to stern. We will be using them in the future for all our needs.

Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!

We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! Thank you so much Brandon for taking our call, Buddy and Daniel for driving in this crazy weather. You guys are truly appreciated!!
