Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. We will see you again soon when you service our system for the Spring!!
We are so thankful for Hillenburg! Today our downstairs heating unit decided to stop working on one of the coldest days of the year. Not only did Brandon walk my husband through steps to correct the issue, he also identified and fixed another issue that multiple other companies over 4 years were never able to fix.
Highly recommend! Chad is the best! He fixed our AC in no time. He showed up earlier than expected, was professional, and remembered our family from the times we’ve had our tune ups! The company was very accommodating to get us in ASAP!

We are in a new build and called to have them walk around and check out out their work with us since we weren’t apart of the building process and recommend a new thermostat .. Steven was amazing at explaining our new system to me and helped me pick a new thermostat he could guarantee would work.. he came back at a later date to install and stayed to make sure my app was working and went above and beyond to recheck the system before he left! 10/10 would recommend!!
Chris and Allen came out for the seasonal check up. We ended up needing a new capacitor. They are exceptionally professional and extremely nice people!! Hillenburg will always be our go to place for exceptional service!! Thanks Chris and Allen!!
Excellent work! They installed a new AC system and removed and installed new ductwork! And so as not to leave me and my wife without air over the weekend, they worked quickly and efficiently and got it done earlier than expected! I HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family! They will remain our “GoTo” for all of our heat and air needs!
Amazing customer service!!! I made an appointment for installation the crew was there on time and very professional. The new units work very well and efficiently. I haven’t had a single issue since they were installed. Highly recommend to anyone who needs new heating and air!
