Chris was fantastic! He helped us and explained what he had to do and now our air/heat runs like new!

I called in around 6AM during the snow last week. Within a few minutes Brandon called to see what was going on. I told him the heater wasn’t keeping up and he walked me through a few simple troubleshooting steps just to see if he could get it fixed real quick.

We could not get it corrected so he informed me that he would get someone as soon as he could. I was informed that they were busy and it might be a couple of days. I totally understood and ask that he get me on the schedule. Very appreciative of his efforts to get my heater going.

Brandon text me about 30 minutes after our phone conversation and let me know he could get someone out that same day. Definitely was not expecting that quick of service especially with the weather conditions.

By 4:00 that afternoon he had a team at my home to diagnose and repair the issue. I could not have been more impressed. They had me up and running about an hour later.

I want to thank Brandon and his crew and company for all the did. If anyone needs quick, reliable, and honest HVAC work these are the people to call.

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. My how was like 92°+ and my unit wasn’t cooling my house. After trying to call a few different places, Hillenburg actually answered the phone, with a human. They told me they only had after hours appointments (good to know if I have an emergency they offer those) available for that day (Tuesday) Or, I could set up an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. There would be a charge for an after hours appointment so I opted for the 9 AM. The Tech Chris arrived early, was open and honest. He didn’t try to up sales anything, cleaned my unit and replaced my thermostat. Made me aware of their other services. My house is now cool. They made me aware of their warranties. Charge me a fair price. (Less than i was expecting) And we’re on their way in less than an hour. Would highly recommend using them! And if you’re lucky you’ll get Chris as your tech. He doesn’t awesome job

Last week I had Hillenburg co. Install my new Ruud heat & air system. The installation went great.The installers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will without a doubt recommend this outstanding company to everyone i know. Thank you Hillenburg!!!!

Used a competitor last year to service our AC for the year. They barely sprayed it off. Used Hillenburg This year and the tech spent an hour cleaning it from stem to stern. We will be using them in the future for all our needs.
