Our heat pump was only 2 years old, but was builder grade and was having serious issues. We were convinced we would need a new unit and put in a request for a quote. Allen arrived and earned our long term business because he didn’t jump to such a big expense right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the existing unit and went above and beyond to try to fix it before discussing replacement. Unfortunately, the primary problem with our unit could not be repaired effectively and we needed a new (reliable) system. Allen walked us through all options and had us scheduled for replacement immediately. On the day of installation, CJ arrived early and had the attic and outside units as well as new thermostat installed in a matter of hours – including cleanup of everything. Highly recommend Hillenburg!
Our AC went out Friday night! I called Hillenburg before 8am Saturday and they had Chris out within a few hours! Chris was very professional & informative! We are very thankful for the timely service & seamless repairs! We will be using them again in the future!
Highly recommend this company. I’m very new to the area. I called on a Sunday evening and Chris was at my door by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost of the service call and repair was VERY reasonable. Yesterday, Hillenburg crew installed our new central heat and air unit and we wanted to let you know what an outstanding job was done by all of them. Christen, Cody and Jerry arrived on time and started to work immediately removing the old unit that was in our tiny hall closet in our older home. The dedication and time they spent ensuring everything was done properly was exceptional. They were all very polite, professional and ensured the job was completed in a not so easy space to work in. We had a great night with a warm house last night thanks to their great service. We don’t post reviews on public sites but wanted to ensure that our 5 star rating for this company, the installment crew and service were recognized. We will highly recommend Hillenburg Heat and Air.
Michael did an amazing job at my elderly parents house. My mom said he was very nice and kind. He also took time to explain everything and fix the unit fast. Thank for being such a great company.

Great crew, fast service. Just replaced an old unit that was 20 years old with an updated split system. Works great and only runs a fraction of the time to hold.
They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.
