We are so thankful for Hillenburg! Today our downstairs heating unit decided to stop working on one of the coldest days of the year. Not only did Brandon walk my husband through steps to correct the issue, he also identified and fixed another issue that multiple other companies over 4 years were never able to fix.
Called in the morning because my unit wasn’t kicking on, and a Technician showed up within a couple hours. Chris was polite and professional, and had my problem diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. He explained exactly what the problem was, which I appreciated. Will definitely be using you guys in the future!
Definitely recommend Hillenburg. After having a bad experience with another company, Jeremiah came out, diagnosed and fixed one of the two ACs in our home. He got the other to prodice cold air and a part is on order for the permanent fix. All this in about 25-30 mins. He was very personable and communicated well.
Hillenburg H&A should be your only call for service! They are always professional! I must say, Steve is a genius! Amazing customer service. They responded quickly to a need. It turns out it wasn’t an actual AC issue, but a problem with my breaker. He told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the problem. So thankful for them!
Jeremiah came out to service my AC after I called them because Sanders said I needed a new unit and quoted me over $15K. Jeremiah came out, walked me out to the unit and showed me it was just low on Freon. He filled it with Freon, serviced the unit, walked in the house and checked the temps from the vents, and told me about a great annual service membership that would actually save me money and ensure my unit last for years. I will definitely be using Hillenburg going forward.
We had our air go out and it was after 5pm and it was 87* in the house. Called Hillenburg and left a message. Got a call back within minutes and they sent someone out within an hour or so. Nick came out ( outstanding young man!) and got us cooled down again!! We will definitely be using Hillenburg from here on out!! Thanks for the outstanding service!
Great service, great results, and reasonable price. Lee came out and made a quick diagnosis on a system that has had issues every summer for a few years. Diagnosed a couple of other problems after I asked questions and our system is hammering out cold air now. Lee helped me drop the humidity, clear out the hot air, and level out the temp throughout the house. We’re running at 77 degrees and comfortable.
Great crew, fast service. Just replaced an old unit that was 20 years old with an updated split system. Works great and only runs a fraction of the time to hold.
