I called in around 6AM during the snow last week. Within a few minutes Brandon called to see what was going on. I told him the heater wasn’t keeping up and he walked me through a few simple troubleshooting steps just to see if he could get it fixed real quick.

We could not get it corrected so he informed me that he would get someone as soon as he could. I was informed that they were busy and it might be a couple of days. I totally understood and ask that he get me on the schedule. Very appreciative of his efforts to get my heater going.

Brandon text me about 30 minutes after our phone conversation and let me know he could get someone out that same day. Definitely was not expecting that quick of service especially with the weather conditions.

By 4:00 that afternoon he had a team at my home to diagnose and repair the issue. I could not have been more impressed. They had me up and running about an hour later.

I want to thank Brandon and his crew and company for all the did. If anyone needs quick, reliable, and honest HVAC work these are the people to call.

Yesterday, Hillenburg crew installed our new central heat and air unit and we wanted to let you know what an outstanding job was done by all of them. Christen, Cody and Jerry arrived on time and started to work immediately removing the old unit that was in our tiny hall closet in our older home. The dedication and time they spent ensuring everything was done properly was exceptional. They were all very polite, professional and ensured the job was completed in a not so easy space to work in. We had a great night with a warm house last night thanks to their great service. We don’t post reviews on public sites but wanted to ensure that our 5 star rating for this company, the installment crew and service were recognized. We will highly recommend Hillenburg Heat and Air.

My part was still under warranty but the labor was not but they went ahead and did it for free anyway. Will recommend to anybody needing heating and air work and they have a customer for life in me.

Chris came out for a move-in inspection. He was very professional and informed me of the differences between my current Heat/Air unit and others I’ve had previously. I would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them again if needed.

I am beyond thankful for Hillenburg Heat & Air!! In this craziness of weather they worked us in today for our heat!! Stephen was so nice and was very helpful. Our Air Conditioner went out after the big storm last week and resetting it wasn’t working. I’m from the West Coast where you can just open your windows and let a cool breeze in, so I figured I could go without AC in Arkansas, I’ll just open a window. No. Nope. No way. Open a window on a hot day here, and the humidity drowns you right before an eagle sized mosquito gets inside to swoop up your children and carry them off. And WHY are June bugs the size of potatoes here!? Nope. Anyways, after 4 days of no AC survival mode, I decided to call for help. I called a little after 11:30am and was given an estimated appointment time from 1-3pm. By noon-30ish, they were already on their way! The AC Superhero sent here was Steven and he was so kind and professional! Came inside, took apart the AC, fixed whatever was happening in the attic, told me what the issue was and what needed to be replaced, fixed it, and there is now cold air in this house again!! It’s not even 2pm yet, from first call to arrival, and repairs, less than 2 hours total. I definitely recommend them! Thank you so much!!

We had an amazing experience with Tyler. Not only did he fix our air conditioning promptly and efficiently, but he was also incredibly kind and patient. My daughter was fascinated by the work he was doing, and he took the time to explain everything to her with a great sense of humor. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled, but also genuinely attentive and friendly.

Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!

Definitely recommend these guys, and especially Chad, for all of your HVAC needs. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful! They came out within an hour of me calling and Chad quickly found the issue and was able to correct it. No more sleeping in an 80° house!
