This company is going on my call list for future HVAC needs. My condensor motor blew on my a/c unit and our tech drove to Little Rock from Cabot to get the motor we needed after countless calls to suppliers to track down the exact one we needed. We close on selling our house in 3 days so time was of the essence and these guys got r’ done!!! So relieved to have it fixed and fixed right. This is the kind of experience I love to have in dealing with home service companies. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Big thanks to our friendly technician who got us hooked up. You are the MAN!!!!!

Our Air Conditioner went out after the big storm last week and resetting it wasn’t working. I’m from the West Coast where you can just open your windows and let a cool breeze in, so I figured I could go without AC in Arkansas, I’ll just open a window. No. Nope. No way. Open a window on a hot day here, and the humidity drowns you right before an eagle sized mosquito gets inside to swoop up your children and carry them off. And WHY are June bugs the size of potatoes here!? Nope. Anyways, after 4 days of no AC survival mode, I decided to call for help. I called a little after 11:30am and was given an estimated appointment time from 1-3pm. By noon-30ish, they were already on their way! The AC Superhero sent here was Steven and he was so kind and professional! Came inside, took apart the AC, fixed whatever was happening in the attic, told me what the issue was and what needed to be replaced, fixed it, and there is now cold air in this house again!! It’s not even 2pm yet, from first call to arrival, and repairs, less than 2 hours total. I definitely recommend them! Thank you so much!!

Hillenburg Heat and Air LLC. Is the best I. Found so far. They took my call and had a service tech on-site mid afternoon. The techs name was Steve I believe, he was friendly efficient and seemed to care. Great Job to all of you.

So professional and helpful! They were quick to respond to our problem. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired the broke valve on our HVAC the next day and even checked that it was covered under warranty. When we had issues with the heat after they’d repaired the valve, the tech came back that same night & helped trouble shoot and even installed a new thermostat for us to fix the issue. Couldn’t be more happy with the service! Highly recommend!

We are in a new build and called to have them walk around and check out out their work with us since we weren’t apart of the building process and recommend a new thermostat .. Steven was amazing at explaining our new system to me and helped me pick a new thermostat he could guarantee would work.. he came back at a later date to install and stayed to make sure my app was working and went above and beyond to recheck the system before he left! 10/10 would recommend!!

My air went out this weekend and it got up to 95 in the house. I made the call and Daniel had it fixed in no time…so thankful!!!!

We had our air go out and it was after 5pm and it was 87* in the house. Called Hillenburg and left a message. Got a call back within minutes and they sent someone out within an hour or so.
