When I initially called to set up an appointment, both people I talked to were very nice and were able to get me an appointment right away. Also, the men who showed up to my house were on time, efficient, and professional. Hopefully my unit runs well for a long time, but if something were to happen again I wouldn’t hesitate to call Hillenburg.

I would like to thank Brandon, Steven and Chad for getting my heat back up and running. It took a bit to figure out the problem however they were more than willing to make sure they got my heat going. After 4 visits, new heating strips and new thermostat I hope to be able now make it through the winter. They took the time and knew when my heat was installed it was done wrong and willing to fix it. I will be recommending Hillenburg and using them for years to come. ❤️

Chris came out for a move-in inspection. He was very professional and informed me of the differences between my current Heat/Air unit and others I’ve had previously. I would recommend them to anyone and will be calling them again if needed.

Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!

Nick and Christian installed a new heat and air unit for me yesterday. We had milked my old unit for a year and a half, but it was time. First, they were on time, friendly and explained everything to me. They were both extremely professional and worked until they got everything done. My main concern was the original line set possibly having a leak in it due to the freon I was loosing. Nick took his time and did a good pressure check and ran a really long vacuum on it. Everything checked out great. Christian for being so young is a very hard worker. Thank you Christian and Nick for installing the new system and Thank you Hillenburg Heat and Air. Some pics of the bad coil and after pics once everything was installed. Thanks again, keep up the good work.

Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Thanks Chad!
