My how was like 92°+ and my unit wasn’t cooling my house. After trying to call a few different places, Hillenburg actually answered the phone, with a human. They told me they only had after hours appointments (good to know if I have an emergency they offer those) available for that day (Tuesday) Or, I could set up an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. There would be a charge for an after hours appointment so I opted for the 9 AM. The Tech Chris arrived early, was open and honest. He didn’t try to up sales anything, cleaned my unit and replaced my thermostat. Made me aware of their other services. My house is now cool. They made me aware of their warranties. Charge me a fair price. (Less than i was expecting) And we’re on their way in less than an hour. Would highly recommend using them! And if you’re lucky you’ll get Chris as your tech. He doesn’t awesome job

Hillenburg H&A should be your only call for service! They are always professional! I must say, Steve is a genius! He took the time to understand the issue, asked questions, and immediately knew what to do to correct. Give this man a raise!! Thank you for the great experience today. I will forever be a customer.

Chris from Hillenburg came out and was super professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and did several checks before leaving to ensure what he did was working properly. I would definitely recommend Hillenburg for your heating and air needs. Great job Chris!

These folks have been so helpful and supportive of our needs. Chad stopped by when we didn’t know what was the best choice for our situation. He explained it very throughly of what could work. No pressure just call us when you decide. So we decided to do as he suggested. Tyler, Cody, and Andrew arrived to install our system. They are such polite young men. They work hard and work well as a team. We love the system they installed in our garage for heating and cooling. Totally separate from house system. Of course Chad being the good man he is checked back to lake sure we are happy with it all! It’s just amazing how it works. Love it! Thanks Hillenburg team.
