Just mover here from AZ and had trouble with my AC and The Customer Service from the first call witch happened to be the owner, to the service tech that came out was absolutely Great! Both Tyler and Steve are very polite and very friendly and professional! Prices are very reasonable! Great job Will definitely recommend them if I hear anyone needing Hvac service!! Jeremiah came out to service my AC after I called them because Sanders said I needed a new unit and quoted me over $15K. Jeremiah came out, walked me out to the unit and showed me it was just low on Freon. He filled it with Freon, serviced the unit, walked in the house and checked the temps from the vents, and told me about a great annual service membership that would actually save me money and ensure my unit last for years. I will definitely be using Hillenburg going forward.

This company should be the first HVAC company that pops up when you do a Google search because they are the best. Had to replace whole house HVAC system. Compared to other companies Hillenburg provided an immediate review and fair quote. Then, due to my travel plans, quickly scheduled and completed the project. Their service people were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. Hillenburg provided a fair price, good product, and excellent installation. This should be the first company you call when needing service.
These guys have been great since we started them last summer. They assisted us in getting all we could out of our old unit…today we replaced with a new one.

I have been experiencing AC issues with a unit pushing 20 years. Hillenburg has been able to extend the life of my unit and saved me money in doing so. Their techs have arrived promptly in the supplied window, and in some cases even early. They’ve explained the issues where a layman can understand and presented me with options that fit my constraints. In a situation that hurts the wallet, they went above to ensure they’re not also a pain point. Will definitely look to them with any future problems.
