We are in a new build and called to have them walk around and check out out their work with us since we weren’t apart of the building process and recommend a new thermostat .. Steven was amazing at explaining our new system to me and helped me pick a new thermostat he could guarantee would work.. he came back at a later date to install and stayed to make sure my app was working and went above and beyond to recheck the system before he left! 10/10 would recommend!!

Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!

I have been experiencing AC issues with a unit pushing 20 years. Hillenburg has been able to extend the life of my unit and saved me money in doing so. Their techs have arrived promptly in the supplied window, and in some cases even early. They’ve explained the issues where a layman can understand and presented me with options that fit my constraints. In a situation that hurts the wallet, they went above to ensure they’re not also a pain point. Will definitely look to them with any future problems.

I had this company come out today and replace a 5 ton unit. Great pricing and professional service. The crew they sent out Tate and Connor were awesome. They knocked this thing out of the park and it was not an easy installation. But to be honest my favorite part of the install was watching Tate and Connor teach the apprentice they had with them. Bringing up the next generation of skilled tradesman is what is all about out.

I had a wonderful experience with Hillenburg Heat & Air. They installed a new HVAC system at the end of May. Chris came out and gave me a quote after he thoroughly inspected my old system. After two other consults, it was an easy decision to go with the company he works for. Chris is down to earth, pleasant, again, thorough, and very good at doing his job. Thank you for hiring a great guy! Additonally, Cory and Tanner did the installation. They came out and worked very hard until the unit was installed, inspected, and tested. I was very impressed with their work. I do not hesitate to recommend Hillenburg to anyone, especially Cory and Tanner for the installation process. These guys are the best and definitely the “A” team!
