AMAZING experience! My ac was down for about 1 week and I still had another 6 or 7 days waiting for another repair place. I called Hillenburg, they got me in same day and repaired on the spot!! Chris had me up and running in about 45 minutes! I will never call anyone else!! Great job Chris!!!!!!!

Can’t say enough good things about this company! We woke up on a Saturday morning to our air being out. We had visiting family and a house full of animals and plans for a day at the lake and thought our whole day was ruined! I was quoted a time frame for service of 1000-1400 (the whole day right!) Nick showed up at 0800 and had our unit fixed within 10 minutes! I can’t thank these guys enough for their quick response that totally saved the day!!!

Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Thanks Chad!

My air went out and I called after hours. Chad was the tech who came to my house. He was fantastic. Went above and beyond and got my air working! It was over 80 degrees in our house and we have a 14 month old baby! So air is crucial! Chad was one of the best techs I have ever dealt with! Keep him around a long time!!!

Cody came out to my house, in the horrible heat, climbed into my attic & repaired my air conditioner. I asked him some questions and he was answered me in plain language (not too technical…😮lol). * Polite, respectful, and knowledgable. He went above & beyond. It is great to see the professional skills & people skills in this young man.

Hillenburg was so quick today when I need them!! I called at 9:30, someone was here by 10:00, I have heat again by 12:45!!! Chris was so nice and easy to work with!! Thanks!!

We are in a new build and called to have them walk around and check out out their work with us since we weren’t apart of the building process and recommend a new thermostat .. Steven was amazing at explaining our new system to me and helped me pick a new thermostat he could guarantee would work.. he came back at a later date to install and stayed to make sure my app was working and went above and beyond to recheck the system before he left! 10/10 would recommend!!

Hillenburg was amazing! Our Tech Chad was awesome, he was extremely knowledgable and really explained everything in detail to me, so that I could understand all of my options. I felt that he really made an effort to give me more than one option to fix my air conditioner. I will not use anyone else besides Hillenburg from now on!

I called in around 6AM during the snow last week. Within a few minutes Brandon called to see what was going on. I told him the heater wasn’t keeping up and he walked me through a few simple troubleshooting steps just to see if he could get it fixed real quick.

We could not get it corrected so he informed me that he would get someone as soon as he could. I was informed that they were busy and it might be a couple of days. I totally understood and ask that he get me on the schedule. Very appreciative of his efforts to get my heater going.

Brandon text me about 30 minutes after our phone conversation and let me know he could get someone out that same day. Definitely was not expecting that quick of service especially with the weather conditions.

By 4:00 that afternoon he had a team at my home to diagnose and repair the issue. I could not have been more impressed. They had me up and running about an hour later.

I want to thank Brandon and his crew and company for all the did. If anyone needs quick, reliable, and honest HVAC work these are the people to call.
