We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! We have to give a huge shout out to Brandon Hillenburg and his crew from Hillenburg Heat and Air for the amazing job they did in makeing it possible for us to have Air conditioning when our Air Conditioner went out early Saturday (7-2-22) with the Holiday weekend upon us, it did not stop Brandon from making it possible (working us in) for his installers getting together to have a brand new unit installed and working tonight, Cody, Brandon, Christian and Rebel showed up at 5:00 pm and worked non stop installing new units inside and out till 8:00 pm. Our sincere gratitude and praise goes out to these guys. We will be forever grateful for their compassion and dedication in making Hillenburg Heat and Air about serving the community with grace and dignity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for rescuing us in the time of need !

Hillenburg Heat & Air provides amazing customer service. I have called them for various reasons over the last year and they are prompt and flexible with sending their technicians out. Chad, our most recent technician, took time to ask questions and listen to the problems that we were having with our unit. He was clear, concise, and easy to follow while explaining possible reasons for the problems that were occurring. We will continue to use this company.

Nick and Christian installed a new heat and air unit for me yesterday. We had milked my old unit for a year and a half, but it was time. First, they were on time, friendly and explained everything to me. They were both extremely professional and worked until they got everything done. My main concern was the original line set possibly having a leak in it due to the freon I was loosing. Nick took his time and did a good pressure check and ran a really long vacuum on it. Everything checked out great. Christian for being so young is a very hard worker. Thank you Christian and Nick for installing the new system and Thank you Hillenburg Heat and Air. Cody on the service side did a phenomenal job. Between his communication and thoroughness about what the problem was, he was able to guide me through what needed to be done. Hands down now my go to guy I’ll request when it comes to getting hvac service done with hillenburg!

I would recommend this company 100 percent. They are so friendly. The guys are professional. I have had 4 separate guys come and service our air conditioning. I liked them so well that my mom whom lives in Sherwood needed a new unit. After 25 years being in her home. I called and set up for them to go take a look. Not only did Steven and his crew try to save my mom money, they were so friendly and prompt that My mom called you thank me for referring her.
