I had my ac unit serviced today by Steve. I just wanted to pass along how pleased I was with his work. He was here when he said he would be, went over what he was going to do, and he was very professional in the way he did them. I figured that your company would like to hear how great of a job he did. Jeremiah came out to service my AC after I called them because Sanders said I needed a new unit and quoted me over $15K. Jeremiah came out, walked me out to the unit and showed me it was just low on Freon. He filled it with Freon, serviced the unit, walked in the house and checked the temps from the vents, and told me about a great annual service membership that would actually save me money and ensure my unit last for years. I will definitely be using Hillenburg going forward.

Used a competitor last year to service our AC for the year. They barely sprayed it off. Used Hillenburg This year and the tech spent an hour cleaning it from stem to stern. We will be using them in the future for all our needs.

A very professional team with excellent attitudes and very knowledgeable about there jobs and there roles each one played meaning they had excellent team building skills and working like a well oiled machine!!! We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! Thank you so much Brandon for taking our call, Buddy and Daniel for driving in this crazy weather. You guys are truly appreciated!!

Can’t say enough good things about this company! We woke up on a Saturday morning to our air being out. We had visiting family and a house full of animals and plans for a day at the lake and thought our whole day was ruined! I was quoted a time frame for service of 1000-1400 (the whole day right!) Nick showed up at 0800 and had our unit fixed within 10 minutes! I can’t thank these guys enough for their quick response that totally saved the day!!!

Air went out yesterday, called this morning and they were at my house within an hour. Had our air back up and running in about 45 minutes. Fast, professional, and great pricing! Steve was great and explained the problem and pricing before fixing anything and even built us a quote for a new unit for the future. Will definitely use them again!

Cody came and took care of my problem. Hillenburg always responds in a very reasonable amount of time. Their guys have always been courteous, professional, and actually have good manners. I recommend them whenever I get a chance
