Cody on the service side did a phenomenal job. Between his communication and thoroughness about what the problem was, he was able to guide me through what needed to be done. Hands down now my go to guy I’ll request when it comes to getting hvac service done with hillenburg!
Can’t say enough good things about this company! We woke up on a Saturday morning to our air being out. We had visiting family and a house full of animals and plans for a day at the lake and thought our whole day was ruined! I was quoted a time frame for service of 1000-1400 (the whole day right!) Nick showed up at 0800 and had our unit fixed within 10 minutes! I can’t thank these guys enough for their quick response that totally saved the day!!!
Excellent work! Our air went out, and they had someone there within a few hours of my call. They diagnosed, fixed the problem quickly, and were so nice! Highly recommend this company!
They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.
Hillenburg was amazing! Our Tech Chad was awesome, he was extremely knowledgable and really explained everything in detail to me, so that I could understand all of my options. I felt that he really made an effort to give me more than one option to fix my air conditioner. I will not use anyone else besides Hillenburg from now on!
I had my ac unit serviced today by Steve. I just wanted to pass along how pleased I was with his work. They were able to respond promptly, arriving the same day and resolving the issue with my heating system efficiently. They also provided a thorough explanation of the cause of the problem and highlighted other potential concerns to watch for moving forward.
Talk about speed and efficiency! They were out and fixing our unit in less than 4 hours, and had it up and running in about an hour! Chris gave us some amazing service, 10/10!
Hillenburg Heat and Air LLC. Is the best I. Found so far. They took my call and had a service tech on-site mid afternoon. The techs name was Steve I believe, he was friendly efficient and seemed to care. Great Job to all of you.
Yesterday, Hillenburg crew installed our new central heat and air unit and we wanted to let you know what an outstanding job was done by all of them. Christen, Cody and Jerry arrived on time and started to work immediately removing the old unit that was in our tiny hall closet in our older home. The dedication and time they spent ensuring everything was done properly was exceptional. They were all very polite, professional and ensured the job was completed in a not so easy space to work in. We had a great night with a warm house last night thanks to their great service. We don’t post reviews on public sites but wanted to ensure that our 5 star rating for this company, the installment crew and service were recognized. We will highly recommend Hillenburg Heat and Air.
