This company should be the first HVAC company that pops up when you do a Google search because they are the best. Had to replace whole house HVAC system. Compared to other companies Hillenburg provided an immediate review and fair quote. Then, due to my travel plans, quickly scheduled and completed the project. Their service people were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. Hillenburg provided a fair price, good product, and excellent installation. This should be the first company you call when needing service.

My elderly mom’s AC failed in 100 degree weather a few weeks ago and I live out of state. I called 5 companies to do my due diligence before hearing about Hillenburg from my old childhood friend Tommy. He told me to call Brandon and gave me his number. Brandon was the only one who impressed me with his responsiveness, price, install turnaround time and service after the sale. This is a HUGE purchase so you want to make sure you get it right and I feel confident in choosing the best company in Central Arkansas. We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! Today was one of the hottest days of the year and our AC malfunctioned. I called Hillenburg from a recommendation and they came the same day. Chad diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. He gave me a good number to call if I have a problem before the repair part comes in. I am very pleased with Chad. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what needs to be done. He wasn’t in a hurry and was respectful. Thumbs up to you!

Great customer service and great HVAC service. Chris came out quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. They are also fairly priced. I found my new HVAC team!

Chad was at our house within 2 hours of calling, on a Saturday morning. He was courteous and professional and had our system up and running within a half hour. He gave us service advice and tips and the price was way better than any of the bigger outfits, who couldn’t even get to us today. We’ve found a new a/c company.
