We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! I called in around 6AM during the snow last week. Within a few minutes Brandon called to see what was going on. I told him the heater wasn’t keeping up and he walked me through a few simple troubleshooting steps just to see if he could get it fixed real quick.

We could not get it corrected so he informed me that he would get someone as soon as he could. I was informed that they were busy and it might be a couple of days. I totally understood and ask that he get me on the schedule. Very appreciative of his efforts to get my heater going.

Brandon text me about 30 minutes after our phone conversation and let me know he could get someone out that same day. Definitely was not expecting that quick of service especially with the weather conditions.

By 4:00 that afternoon he had a team at my home to diagnose and repair the issue. I could not have been more impressed. They had me up and running about an hour later.

I want to thank Brandon and his crew and company for all the did. If anyone needs quick, reliable, and honest HVAC work these are the people to call.

We were having constant issues with our AC. We figured it was time for a whole new system and decided to get some estimates. Chad from Hillenburg came out on the same day I called. He recommended the perfect unit for our home and our needs, at a very fair and reasonable price. Three days later, our installers showed up on time and got to work. Tyler and Tanner were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard until the job was done. They finished much quicker than I expected, explained everything and answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am beyond impressed by, and grateful for, Hillenburg. Today was one of the hottest days of the year and our AC malfunctioned. I called Hillenburg from a recommendation and they came the same day. Chad diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. He gave me a good number to call if I have a problem before the repair part comes in. I am very pleased with Chad. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what needs to be done. He wasn’t in a hurry and was respectful. Thumbs up to you!

I had a wonderful experience with Hillenburg Heat & Air. They installed a new HVAC system at the end of May. Chris came out and gave me a quote after he thoroughly inspected my old system. After two other consults, it was an easy decision to go with the company he works for. Chris is down to earth, pleasant, again, thorough, and very good at doing his job. Thank you for hiring a great guy! Additonally, Cory and Tanner did the installation. They came out and worked very hard until the unit was installed, inspected, and tested. I was very impressed with their work. I do not hesitate to recommend Hillenburg to anyone, especially Cory and Tanner for the installation process. These guys are the best and definitely the “A” team!
