Today was one of the hottest days of the year and our AC malfunctioned. I called Hillenburg from a recommendation and they came the same day. Chad diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. He gave me a good number to call if I have a problem before the repair part comes in. I am very pleased with Chad. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what needs to be done. He wasn’t in a hurry and was respectful. Thumbs up to you!

My elderly mom’s AC failed in 100 degree weather a few weeks ago and I live out of state. I called 5 companies to do my due diligence before hearing about Hillenburg from my old childhood friend Tommy. He told me to call Brandon and gave me his number. Brandon was the only one who impressed me with his responsiveness, price, install turnaround time and service after the sale. This is a HUGE purchase so you want to make sure you get it right and I feel confident in choosing the best company in Central Arkansas. Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Hillenburg Heat & Air. They installed a new HVAC system at the end of May. Chris came out and gave me a quote after he thoroughly inspected my old system. After two other consults, it was an easy decision to go with the company he works for. Chris is down to earth, pleasant, again, thorough, and very good at doing his job. Thank you for hiring a great guy! Additonally, Cory and Tanner did the installation. They came out and worked very hard until the unit was installed, inspected, and tested. I was very impressed with their work. I do not hesitate to recommend Hillenburg to anyone, especially Cory and Tanner for the installation process. These guys are the best and definitely the “A” team!

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. We will see you again soon when you service our system for the Spring!!

My part was still under warranty but the labor was not but they went ahead and did it for free anyway. Will recommend to anybody needing heating and air work and they have a customer for life in me.

My air went out this weekend and it got up to 95 in the house. I made the call and Daniel had it fixed in no time…so thankful!!!!
