I had this company come out today and replace a 5 ton unit. Great pricing and professional service. The crew they sent out Tate and Connor were awesome. They knocked this thing out of the park and it was not an easy installation. But to be honest my favorite part of the install was watching Tate and Connor teach the apprentice they had with them. Bringing up the next generation of skilled tradesman is what is all about out.

We are in a new build and called to have them walk around and check out out their work with us since we weren’t apart of the building process and recommend a new thermostat .. Steven was amazing at explaining our new system to me and helped me pick a new thermostat he could guarantee would work.. he came back at a later date to install and stayed to make sure my app was working and went above and beyond to recheck the system before he left! 10/10 would recommend!!

I am beyond thankful for Hillenburg Heat & Air!! In this craziness of weather they worked us in today for our heat!! Stephen was so nice and was very helpful. We’ve been dealing with issues with our unit for a few years we’ve had several people come out to look at the unit and say nothing is wrong or I dont know what’s wrong ! We had a issue at 430 in the morning I called as soon as they was open and they had some one out in 40 minutes top! Steve and a young guy came in was very professional and he knew the problem in less than 1 min they had the stuff to fix it on the truck got me fixed up and going I couldn’t brag anymore on these guys if I could give them a 10 star I would! Dont waste your time on Google to find another company You have Found it here ! These guys are amazing!

I had my ac unit serviced today by Steve. I just wanted to pass along how pleased I was with his work. He was here when he said he would be, went over what he was going to do, and he was very professional in the way he did them. I figured that your company would like to hear how great of a job he did. Words can not express my gratitude to these gentlemen who can out to our house. They told me that I need to get a carbon monoxide detector because we have gas. I didn’t really think we needed one but I bought one anyway and last night it saved me, my wife and kids lives. Thank yall for everything AB’s may God bless you🙂

We have to give a huge shout out to Brandon Hillenburg and his crew from Hillenburg Heat and Air for the amazing job they did in makeing it possible for us to have Air conditioning when our Air Conditioner went out early Saturday (7-2-22) with the Holiday weekend upon us, it did not stop Brandon from making it possible (working us in) for his installers getting together to have a brand new unit installed and working tonight, Cody, Brandon, Christian and Rebel showed up at 5:00 pm and worked non stop installing new units inside and out till 8:00 pm. Our sincere gratitude and praise goes out to these guys. We will be forever grateful for their compassion and dedication in making Hillenburg Heat and Air about serving the community with grace and dignity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for rescuing us in the time of need !

Amazing customer service. They responded quickly to a need. It turns out it wasn’t an actual AC issue, but a problem with my breaker. He told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the problem. So thankful for them!
