My air went out this weekend and it got up to 95 in the house. I made the call and Daniel had it fixed in no time…so thankful!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Tyler. Not only did he fix our air conditioning promptly and efficiently, but he was also incredibly kind and patient. My daughter was fascinated by the work he was doing, and he took the time to explain everything to her with a great sense of humor. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled, but also genuinely attentive and friendly.

From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. My how was like 92°+ and my unit wasn’t cooling my house. After trying to call a few different places, Hillenburg actually answered the phone, with a human. They told me they only had after hours appointments (good to know if I have an emergency they offer those) available for that day (Tuesday) Or, I could set up an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. There would be a charge for an after hours appointment so I opted for the 9 AM. The Tech Chris arrived early, was open and honest. He didn’t try to up sales anything, cleaned my unit and replaced my thermostat. Made me aware of their other services. My house is now cool. They made me aware of their warranties. Charge me a fair price. (Less than i was expecting) And we’re on their way in less than an hour. Would highly recommend using them! And if you’re lucky you’ll get Chris as your tech. He doesn’t awesome job

Highly recommend. My sister uses them in Cabot. I’m in NLR. Chris was great, professional, diagnosed fixed and on time. Also very polite on the phone when I called to set appointment.
