Cody came out to my house, in the horrible heat, climbed into my attic & repaired my air conditioner. I asked him some questions and he was answered me in plain language (not too technical…😮lol). * Polite, respectful, and knowledgable. He went above & beyond. It is great to see the professional skills & people skills in this young man.

Our AC went out Friday night! I called Hillenburg before 8am Saturday and they had Chris out within a few hours! Chris was very professional & informative! We are very thankful for the timely service & seamless repairs! We will be using them again in the future!

Highly recommend this company. I’m very new to the area. I called on a Sunday evening and Chris was at my door by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost of the service call and repair was VERY reasonable. These folks have been so helpful and supportive of our needs. Chad stopped by when we didn’t know what was the best choice for our situation. He explained it very throughly of what could work. No pressure just call us when you decide. So we decided to do as he suggested. Tyler, Cody, and Andrew arrived to install our system. They are such polite young men. They work hard and work well as a team. We love the system they installed in our garage for heating and cooling. Totally separate from house system. Of course Chad being the good man he is checked back to lake sure we are happy with it all! It’s just amazing how it works. Love it! Thanks Hillenburg team. Can’t say enough good things about this company! We woke up on a Saturday morning to our air being out. We had visiting family and a house full of animals and plans for a day at the lake and thought our whole day was ruined! I was quoted a time frame for service of 1000-1400 (the whole day right!) Nick showed up at 0800 and had our unit fixed within 10 minutes! I can’t thank these guys enough for their quick response that totally saved the day!!!

Words can not express my gratitude to these gentlemen who can out to our house. They told me that I need to get a carbon monoxide detector because we have gas. I didn’t really think we needed one but I bought one anyway and last night it saved me, my wife and kids lives. Thank yall for everything AB’s may God bless you🙂

Woke up this Sunday morning 19 degrees, 8” of snow and our heat was off. Left a message at 5:30am and received a call before 7am. They were out by noon and had the heat back on within the hour. Bless you Hillenburg Heat & Air. Thank you.
