We were having constant issues with our AC. We figured it was time for a whole new system and decided to get some estimates. Chad from Hillenburg came out on the same day I called. He recommended the perfect unit for our home and our needs, at a very fair and reasonable price. Three days later, our installers showed up on time and got to work. Tyler and Tanner were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard until the job was done. They finished much quicker than I expected, explained everything and answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am beyond impressed by, and grateful for, Hillenburg. This company is the one to beat.

Highly recommend this company. I’m very new to the area. I called on a Sunday evening and Chris was at my door by 8:30 the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and had my A/C working within 30 minutes. Chris was knowledgeable and very friendly. The cost of the service call and repair was VERY reasonable. Words can not express my gratitude to these gentlemen who can out to our house. They told me that I need to get a carbon monoxide detector because we have gas. We’ve been dealing with issues with our unit for a few years we’ve had several people come out to look at the unit and say nothing is wrong or I dont know what’s wrong ! We had a issue at 430 in the morning I called as soon as they was open and they had some one out in 40 minutes top! Steve and a young guy came in was very professional and he knew the problem in less than 1 min they had the stuff to fix it on the truck got me fixed up and going I couldn’t brag anymore on these guys if I could give them a 10 star I would! Dont waste your time on Google to find another company You have Found it here ! These guys are amazing!

My how was like 92°+ and my unit wasn’t cooling my house. After trying to call a few different places, Hillenburg actually answered the phone, with a human. They told me they only had after hours appointments (good to know if I have an emergency they offer those) available for that day (Tuesday) Or, I could set up an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. There would be a charge for an after hours appointment so I opted for the 9 AM. The Tech Chris arrived early, was open and honest. He didn’t try to up sales anything, cleaned my unit and replaced my thermostat. Made me aware of their other services. My house is now cool. They made me aware of their warranties. Charge me a fair price. (Less than i was expecting) And we’re on their way in less than an hour. Would highly recommend using them! And if you’re lucky you’ll get Chris as your tech. He doesn’t awesome job

Had an issue with our downstairs unit. Called in the morning thinking I would have to wait a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they could have someone out that evening. The technician Zack gave me a heads up he was on his way, very friendly, knowledgeable and got us back up and running. Super happy with the service and will be using them in the future.
