Used a competitor last year to service our AC for the year. They barely sprayed it off. Used Hillenburg This year and the tech spent an hour cleaning it from stem to stern. We will be using them in the future for all our needs.

These folks have been so helpful and supportive of our needs. Chad stopped by when we didn’t know what was the best choice for our situation. He explained it very throughly of what could work. No pressure just call us when you decide. So we decided to do as he suggested. Tyler, Cody, and Andrew arrived to install our system. They are such polite young men. They work hard and work well as a team. We love the system they installed in our garage for heating and cooling. Totally separate from house system. Of course Chad being the good man he is checked back to lake sure we are happy with it all! It’s just amazing how it works. Love it! Thanks Hillenburg team. AMAZING experience! My ac was down for about 1 week and I still had another 6 or 7 days waiting for another repair place. I called Hillenburg, they got me in same day and repaired on the spot!! Chris had me up and running in about 45 minutes! I will never call anyone else!! Great job Chris!!!!!!!

Steven Called at 8:00 AM and scheduled a 11:00 to 12:00 appointment for the same day. A technician called before 10:00 and had the A/C unit repaired in about 20 minutes after arriving. Steven presented himself professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and even gave a quote to have the entire unit replaced since the interior unit is the original on a 35 year old home. Extremely satisfied with the experience.
Definitely recommend Hillenburg. After having a bad experience with another company, Jeremiah came out, diagnosed and fixed one of the two ACs in our home. He got the other to prodice cold air and a part is on order for the permanent fix. All this in about 25-30 mins. He was very personable and communicated well.
