Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. not only did they take time out of their day to make me and my mother comfortable this summer but they made sure my system was working properly and fixed the mistakes that another company should’ve when they installed my ac unit. thank yall so much u have no idea how much this means to me!!! Honestly, I can’t say enough about these guys. I thought I could fix my AC myself get myself in a pickle. They came out there like no problem man we got you took care of it. Very fair price great service highly recommend.
Allen Holland stopped by today and immediately noticed several issues that were wrong with my system. I’ve got cold air blowing throughout my house which used to be nearly non-existent. I would like to thank Brandon, Steven and Chad for getting my heat back up and running. It took a bit to figure out the problem however they were more than willing to make sure they got my heat going. After 4 visits, new heating strips and new thermostat I hope to be able now make it through the winter. They took the time and knew when my heat was installed it was done wrong and willing to fix it. I will be recommending Hillenburg and using them for years to come. ❤️
