Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Thanks Chad!

These folks have been so helpful and supportive of our needs. Chad stopped by when we didn’t know what was the best choice for our situation. He explained it very throughly of what could work. No pressure just call us when you decide. So we decided to do as he suggested. Tyler, Cody, and Andrew arrived to install our system. They are such polite young men. They work hard and work well as a team. We love the system they installed in our garage for heating and cooling. Totally separate from house system. Of course Chad being the good man he is checked back to lake sure we are happy with it all! It’s just amazing how it works. Love it! Thanks Hillenburg team. I highly recommend you to anyone that needs your help.

Air went out yesterday, called this morning and they were at my house within an hour. Had our air back up and running in about 45 minutes. Fast, professional, and great pricing! Steve was great and explained the problem and pricing before fixing anything and even built us a quote for a new unit for the future. Will definitely use them again!

Chad was at our house within 2 hours of calling, on a Saturday morning. He was courteous and professional and had our system up and running within a half hour. He gave us service advice and tips and the price was way better than any of the bigger outfits, who couldn’t even get to us today. We’ve found a new a/c company.
Quickly fixed a problem for us that other local companies couldn’t figure out. Highly recommend these guys.
