Kyle did our winter service today. He was very professional and polite. He did a thorough cleaning keeping with Hillenburg’s professional standards.

Very thankful to my sister for recommending Hillenburg. Within a few hours of calling , Chris was at our house and had our air back up and running. He was knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions to improve our air flow. Chris work ethic Definitely held up to the great standard of care we were looking for.

I had this company come out today and replace a 5 ton unit. Great pricing and professional service. The crew they sent out Tate and Connor were awesome. They knocked this thing out of the park and it was not an easy installation. But to be honest my favorite part of the install was watching Tate and Connor teach the apprentice they had with them. Bringing up the next generation of skilled tradesman is what is all about out.

Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!

Kyle was our technician and he was incredible. Really nice and genuine guy, troubleshot everything he could think of until he found the problem and fixed our unit. Our house was approaching 90 degrees and he worked incredibly hard until he was able to fix it. To make it better, I called at 3pm and Kyle was out to fix it at exactly 5pm. I cannot reccomend these people enough!

Cody came out to my house, in the horrible heat, climbed into my attic & repaired my air conditioner. I asked him some questions and he was answered me in plain language (not too technical…😮lol). * Polite, respectful, and knowledgable. He went above & beyond. It is great to see the professional skills & people skills in this young man.

We had technicians Johnathan, AJ, Jerry, Matthew come out work several hours in snow,, sleet, and rain weather today till the job was finished, We thank you all for the speedy appointment to get heat in our home. Very professional company and how it operates.

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. We will see you again soon when you service our system for the Spring!!
