So professional and helpful! They were quick to respond to our problem. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired the broke valve on our HVAC the next day and even checked that it was covered under warranty. When we had issues with the heat after they’d repaired the valve, the tech came back that same night & helped trouble shoot and even installed a new thermostat for us to fix the issue. Couldn’t be more happy with the service! Highly recommend!

I called in around 6AM during the snow last week. Within a few minutes Brandon called to see what was going on. I told him the heater wasn’t keeping up and he walked me through a few simple troubleshooting steps just to see if he could get it fixed real quick.

We could not get it corrected so he informed me that he would get someone as soon as he could. I was informed that they were busy and it might be a couple of days. I totally understood and ask that he get me on the schedule. Very appreciative of his efforts to get my heater going.

Brandon text me about 30 minutes after our phone conversation and let me know he could get someone out that same day. Definitely was not expecting that quick of service especially with the weather conditions.

By 4:00 that afternoon he had a team at my home to diagnose and repair the issue. I could not have been more impressed. They had me up and running about an hour later.

I want to thank Brandon and his crew and company for all the did. If anyone needs quick, reliable, and honest HVAC work these are the people to call.

Can’t say enough good things about this company! We woke up on a Saturday morning to our air being out. We had visiting family and a house full of animals and plans for a day at the lake and thought our whole day was ruined! I was quoted a time frame for service of 1000-1400 (the whole day right!) Nick showed up at 0800 and had our unit fixed within 10 minutes! I can’t thank these guys enough for their quick response that totally saved the day!!!

Nick and Christian installed a new heat and air unit for me yesterday. We had milked my old unit for a year and a half, but it was time. First, they were on time, friendly and explained everything to me. They were both extremely professional and worked until they got everything done. My main concern was the original line set possibly having a leak in it due to the freon I was loosing. Nick took his time and did a good pressure check and ran a really long vacuum on it. Everything checked out great. Christian for being so young is a very hard worker. Thank you Christian and Nick for installing the new system and Thank you Hillenburg Heat and Air. Chad was right in time, super friendly, and had our air up and running in less than half an hour! The bill was BEYOND reasonable! I’m always scared to call for HVAC repairs because they can be so expensive, not this time! I will NEVER use anyone else!
