I called in around 6AM during the snow last week. Within a few minutes Brandon called to see what was going on. I told him the heater wasn’t keeping up and he walked me through a few simple troubleshooting steps just to see if he could get it fixed real quick.

We could not get it corrected so he informed me that he would get someone as soon as he could. I was informed that they were busy and it might be a couple of days. I totally understood and ask that he get me on the schedule. Very appreciative of his efforts to get my heater going.

Brandon text me about 30 minutes after our phone conversation and let me know he could get someone out that same day. Definitely was not expecting that quick of service especially with the weather conditions.

By 4:00 that afternoon he had a team at my home to diagnose and repair the issue. I could not have been more impressed. They had me up and running about an hour later.

I want to thank Brandon and his crew and company for all the did. If anyone needs quick, reliable, and honest HVAC work these are the people to call.

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. We are in a new build and called to have them walk around and check out out their work with us since we weren’t apart of the building process and recommend a new thermostat .. Steven was amazing at explaining our new system to me and helped me pick a new thermostat he could guarantee would work.. he came back at a later date to install and stayed to make sure my app was working and went above and beyond to recheck the system before he left! 10/10 would recommend!!

Highly recommend. My sister uses them in Cabot. I’m in NLR. Chris was great, professional, diagnosed fixed and on time. Also very polite on the phone when I called to set appointment.

Amazing, got off of work and it was 90 degrees in my house. Gave them a call and Jeremiah quickly came out and found the problem. He answered all my questions and replaced the part. He might work in the 100 degree heat, but he’s a really “cool” guy!

Nick and Christian installed a new heat and air unit for me yesterday. We had milked my old unit for a year and a half, but it was time. First, they were on time, friendly and explained everything to me. They were both extremely professional and worked until they got everything done. My main concern was the original line set possibly having a leak in it due to the freon I was loosing. Nick took his time and did a good pressure check and ran a really long vacuum on it. Everything checked out great. Christian for being so young is a very hard worker. Thank you Christian and Nick for installing the new system and Thank you Hillenburg Heat and Air.
