I would like to thank Brandon, Steven and Chad for getting my heat back up and running. It took a bit to figure out the problem however they were more than willing to make sure they got my heat going. After 4 visits, new heating strips and new thermostat I hope to be able now make it through the winter. They took the time and knew when my heat was installed it was done wrong and willing to fix it. I will be recommending Hillenburg and using them for years to come. ❤️

Hillenburg was amazing! Our Tech Chad was awesome, he was extremely knowledgable and really explained everything in detail to me, so that I could understand all of my options. I felt that he really made an effort to give me more than one option to fix my air conditioner. I will not use anyone else besides Hillenburg from now on!

Woke up this Sunday morning 19 degrees, 8” of snow and our heat was off. Left a message at 5:30am and received a call before 7am. They were out by noon and had the heat back on within the hour. Bless you Hillenburg Heat & Air. Thank you.

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. We had a great experience with Hillenburg Heat & Air, LLC. Our technician, Steve, was outstanding from start to finish. He showed up on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our system. Steve diagnosed the issue quickly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job right. I had a wonderful experience with Hillenburg Heat & Air. They installed a new HVAC system at the end of May. Chris came out and gave me a quote after he thoroughly inspected my old system. After two other consults, it was an easy decision to go with the company he works for. Chris is down to earth, pleasant, again, thorough, and very good at doing his job. Thank you for hiring a great guy! Additonally, Cory and Tanner did the installation. They came out and worked very hard until the unit was installed, inspected, and tested. I was very impressed with their work. I do not hesitate to recommend Hillenburg to anyone, especially Cory and Tanner for the installation process. These guys are the best and definitely the “A” team!
