Definitely recommend Hillenburg. After having a bad experience with another company, Jeremiah came out, diagnosed and fixed one of the two ACs in our home. He got the other to prodice cold air and a part is on order for the permanent fix. All this in about 25-30 mins. He was very personable and communicated well.

Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Thanks Chad!

My how was like 92°+ and my unit wasn’t cooling my house. After trying to call a few different places, Hillenburg actually answered the phone, with a human. They told me they only had after hours appointments (good to know if I have an emergency they offer those) available for that day (Tuesday) Or, I could set up an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. There would be a charge for an after hours appointment so I opted for the 9 AM. The Tech Chris arrived early, was open and honest. He didn’t try to up sales anything, cleaned my unit and replaced my thermostat. Made me aware of their other services. My house is now cool. They made me aware of their warranties. Charge me a fair price. (Less than i was expecting) And we’re on their way in less than an hour. Would highly recommend using them! And if you’re lucky you’ll get Chris as your tech. He doesn’t awesome job

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. We will see you again soon when you service our system for the Spring!!

Chris from Hillenburg came out and was super professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and did several checks before leaving to ensure what he did was working properly. I would definitely recommend Hillenburg for your heating and air needs. Great job Chris!

We were having constant issues with our AC. We figured it was time for a whole new system and decided to get some estimates. Chad from Hillenburg came out on the same day I called. He recommended the perfect unit for our home and our needs, at a very fair and reasonable price. Three days later, our installers showed up on time and got to work. Tyler and Tanner were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard until the job was done. They finished much quicker than I expected, explained everything and answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am beyond impressed by, and grateful for, Hillenburg. This company is the one to beat.

They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.
