We are so thankful for Hillenburg! Today our downstairs heating unit decided to stop working on one of the coldest days of the year. Not only did Brandon walk my husband through steps to correct the issue, he also identified and fixed another issue that multiple other companies over 4 years were never able to fix.
I would recommend this company 100 percent. They are so friendly. The guys are professional. I have had 4 separate guys come and service our air conditioning. I liked them so well that my mom whom lives in Sherwood needed a new unit. After 25 years being in her home. I called and set up for them to go take a look. Not only did Steven and his crew try to save my mom money, they were so friendly and prompt that My mom called you thank me for referring her. I have been experiencing AC issues with a unit pushing 20 years. Hillenburg has been able to extend the life of my unit and saved me money in doing so. Their techs have arrived promptly in the supplied window, and in some cases even early. They’ve explained the issues where a layman can understand and presented me with options that fit my constraints. In a situation that hurts the wallet, they went above to ensure they’re not also a pain point. Will definitely look to them with any future problems.

AMAZING experience! My ac was down for about 1 week and I still had another 6 or 7 days waiting for another repair place. I called Hillenburg, they got me in same day and repaired on the spot!! Chris had me up and running in about 45 minutes! I will never call anyone else!! Great job Chris!!!!!!!
