Words can not express my gratitude to these gentlemen who can out to our house. They told me that I need to get a carbon monoxide detector because we have gas. Kyle was our technician and he was incredible. Really nice and genuine guy, troubleshot everything he could think of until he found the problem and fixed our unit. Our house was approaching 90 degrees and he worked incredibly hard until he was able to fix it. To make it better, I called at 3pm and Kyle was out to fix it at exactly 5pm. I cannot reccomend these people enough!

Air went out yesterday, called this morning and they were at my house within an hour. Had our air back up and running in about 45 minutes. Fast, professional, and great pricing! Steve was great and explained the problem and pricing before fixing anything and even built us a quote for a new unit for the future. Will definitely use them again!

Hillenburg was amazing! Our Tech Chad was awesome, he was extremely knowledgable and really explained everything in detail to me, so that I could understand all of my options. I felt that he really made an effort to give me more than one option to fix my air conditioner. I will not use anyone else besides Hillenburg from now on!

Yesterday, Hillenburg crew installed our new central heat and air unit and we wanted to let you know what an outstanding job was done by all of them. Christen, Cody and Jerry arrived on time and started to work immediately removing the old unit that was in our tiny hall closet in our older home. The dedication and time they spent ensuring everything was done properly was exceptional. They were all very polite, professional and ensured the job was completed in a not so easy space to work in. We had a great night with a warm house last night thanks to their great service. We don’t post reviews on public sites but wanted to ensure that our 5 star rating for this company, the installment crew and service were recognized.
