Our heat pump was only 2 years old, but was builder grade and was having serious issues. We were convinced we would need a new unit and put in a request for a quote. Allen arrived and earned our long term business because he didn’t jump to such a big expense right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the existing unit and went above and beyond to try to fix it before discussing replacement. Unfortunately, the primary problem with our unit could not be repaired effectively and we needed a new (reliable) system. Allen walked us through all options and had us scheduled for replacement immediately. On the day of installation, CJ arrived early and had the attic and outside units as well as new thermostat installed in a matter of hours – including cleanup of everything. Highly recommend Hillenburg!

My how was like 92°+ and my unit wasn’t cooling my house. After trying to call a few different places, Hillenburg actually answered the phone, with a human. They told me they only had after hours appointments (good to know if I have an emergency they offer those) available for that day (Tuesday) Or, I could set up an appointment for the next day at 9 AM. There would be a charge for an after hours appointment so I opted for the 9 AM. The Tech Chris arrived early, was open and honest. He didn’t try to up sales anything, cleaned my unit and replaced my thermostat. Made me aware of their other services. My house is now cool. They made me aware of their warranties. Charge me a fair price. (Less than i was expecting) And we’re on their way in less than an hour. Would highly recommend using them! And if you’re lucky you’ll get Chris as your tech. He doesn’t awesome job

I can see why this company has a 5 star. They replaced my entire system same day with no problems at all! The cost was excellent in comparison!! A very professional team with excellent attitudes and very knowledgeable about there jobs and there roles each one played meaning they had excellent team building skills and working like a well oiled machine!!! They were able to respond promptly, arriving the same day and resolving the issue with my heating system efficiently. They also provided a thorough explanation of the cause of the problem and highlighted other potential concerns to watch for moving forward.

Our Air Conditioner went out after the big storm last week and resetting it wasn’t working. I’m from the West Coast where you can just open your windows and let a cool breeze in, so I figured I could go without AC in Arkansas, I’ll just open a window. No. Nope. No way. Open a window on a hot day here, and the humidity drowns you right before an eagle sized mosquito gets inside to swoop up your children and carry them off. And WHY are June bugs the size of potatoes here!? Nope. Anyways, after 4 days of no AC survival mode, I decided to call for help. I called a little after 11:30am and was given an estimated appointment time from 1-3pm. By noon-30ish, they were already on their way! The AC Superhero sent here was Steven and he was so kind and professional! Came inside, took apart the AC, fixed whatever was happening in the attic, told me what the issue was and what needed to be replaced, fixed it, and there is now cold air in this house again!! It’s not even 2pm yet, from first call to arrival, and repairs, less than 2 hours total. I definitely recommend them! Thank you so much!!

I have hired them a few times now for heating/cooling related issues. Great company, shows up on time and gets things taken care of. Their tech Steve (who came to do the last job) was very personable and even took the time to educate me on a few things about the furnace which he fixed. Skyler is also very helpful on the phone. Would highly recommend this company.
