Big thanks to the guys at Hillenburg for helping me get my air working this morning. When I initially called to set up an appointment, both people I talked to were very nice and were able to get me an appointment right away. Also, the men who showed up to my house were on time, efficient, and professional. Hopefully my unit runs well for a long time, but if something were to happen again I wouldn’t hesitate to call Hillenburg.

We’ve been dealing with issues with our unit for a few years we’ve had several people come out to look at the unit and say nothing is wrong or I dont know what’s wrong ! We had a issue at 430 in the morning I called as soon as they was open and they had some one out in 40 minutes top! Steve and a young guy came in was very professional and he knew the problem in less than 1 min they had the stuff to fix it on the truck got me fixed up and going I couldn’t brag anymore on these guys if I could give them a 10 star I would! Dont waste your time on Google to find another company You have Found it here ! These guys are amazing!

My elderly mom’s AC failed in 100 degree weather a few weeks ago and I live out of state. I called 5 companies to do my due diligence before hearing about Hillenburg from my old childhood friend Tommy. He told me to call Brandon and gave me his number. Brandon was the only one who impressed me with his responsiveness, price, install turnaround time and service after the sale. This is a HUGE purchase so you want to make sure you get it right and I feel confident in choosing the best company in Central Arkansas. Just used Hillenburg Heat and Air for the first time. Technician’s name was Allen. Did a great job servicing my heater. Very professional, thorough, and informative. Call these guys if you need work done!!

Kyle was our technician and he was incredible. Really nice and genuine guy, troubleshot everything he could think of until he found the problem and fixed our unit. Our house was approaching 90 degrees and he worked incredibly hard until he was able to fix it. To make it better, I called at 3pm and Kyle was out to fix it at exactly 5pm. I cannot reccomend these people enough!

Beyond beating the price of replacement units from the competition they did a fast tear out and install, and took a few extra steps along the way leaving nice uniform bends in the outdoor line set.
