We were having constant issues with our AC. We figured it was time for a whole new system and decided to get some estimates. Chad from Hillenburg came out on the same day I called. He recommended the perfect unit for our home and our needs, at a very fair and reasonable price. Three days later, our installers showed up on time and got to work. Tyler and Tanner were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard until the job was done. They finished much quicker than I expected, explained everything and answered my questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I am beyond impressed by, and grateful for, Hillenburg. This company is the one to beat.

Excellent work! They installed a new AC system and removed and installed new ductwork! And so as not to leave me and my wife without air over the weekend, they worked quickly and efficiently and got it done earlier than expected! I HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family! They will remain our “GoTo” for all of our heat and air needs!

My part was still under warranty but the labor was not but they went ahead and did it for free anyway. Will recommend to anybody needing heating and air work and they have a customer for life in me.

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your company. From the owner, to the folks who answer the company phone, to the folks who do the estimating and scheduling to the professionals who complete the work, everyone has been so professional, patient and helpful. Josh and Zack did a great job today on our system and our dog really liked them too! That’s saying something! I call Josh and Zack our Hillenburg Heroes! Thank you for making sure our system is working properly and for giving us one less thing to stress over. We were so pleased we got a service contract. They did an excellent job of installing our HVAC that works both upstairs and downstairs. In addition they installed a mini-split unit in the shop. This was in 2020. So professional! Then today, 2024, they helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone! Very helpful for us, with the snow and frigid temperatures outside. It was the thermostat! Thank you so very much.

Allen Holland stopped by today and immediately noticed several issues that were wrong with my system. I’ve got cold air blowing throughout my house which used to be nearly non-existent. Can’t say enough good things about his professionalism, quality of service and education while on-site. Thank you!!! Only company I’ll ever call again!
