Chad was at our house within 2 hours of calling, on a Saturday morning. He was courteous and professional and had our system up and running within a half hour. He gave us service advice and tips and the price was way better than any of the bigger outfits, who couldn’t even get to us today. We’ve found a new a/c company.

We are so thankful of Hillenburg Heat and Air!! Our heater was not heating and keeping up with how cold it is outside. They were able to work us into their crazy schedule today, snow covered roads, freezing temps and all! We now have a heat unit that is wired correctly, works and we are warm again! Our heat pump was only 2 years old, but was builder grade and was having serious issues. We were convinced we would need a new unit and put in a request for a quote. Allen arrived and earned our long term business because he didn’t jump to such a big expense right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the existing unit and went above and beyond to try to fix it before discussing replacement. Unfortunately, the primary problem with our unit could not be repaired effectively and we needed a new (reliable) system. Allen walked us through all options and had us scheduled for replacement immediately. On the day of installation, CJ arrived early and had the attic and outside units as well as new thermostat installed in a matter of hours – including cleanup of everything. Highly recommend Hillenburg!

Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Thanks Chad!

Yesterday, Hillenburg crew installed our new central heat and air unit and we wanted to let you know what an outstanding job was done by all of them. Christen, Cody and Jerry arrived on time and started to work immediately removing the old unit that was in our tiny hall closet in our older home. The dedication and time they spent ensuring everything was done properly was exceptional. They were all very polite, professional and ensured the job was completed in a not so easy space to work in. We had a great night with a warm house last night thanks to their great service. We don’t post reviews on public sites but wanted to ensure that our 5 star rating for this company, the installment crew and service were recognized. We will highly recommend Hillenburg Heat and Air.
