It took a bit to figure out the problem however they were more than willing to make sure they got my heat going. After 4 visits, new heating strips and new thermostat I hope to be able now make it through the winter. They took the time and knew when my heat was installed it was done wrong and willing to fix it. When I initially called to set up an appointment, both people I talked to were very nice and were able to get me an appointment right away. Also, the men who showed up to my house were on time, efficient, and professional.
