This company is going on my call list for future HVAC needs. My condensor motor blew on my a/c unit and our tech drove to Little Rock from Cabot to get the motor we needed after countless calls to suppliers to track down the exact one we needed. We close on selling our house in 3 days so time was of the essence and these guys got r’ done!!! So relieved to have it fixed and fixed right. This is the kind of experience I love to have in dealing with home service companies. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Big thanks to our friendly technician who got us hooked up. You are the MAN!!!!!

So professional and helpful! They were quick to respond to our problem. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired the broke valve on our HVAC the next day and even checked that it was covered under warranty. When we had issues with the heat after they’d repaired the valve, the tech came back that same night & helped trouble shoot and even installed a new thermostat for us to fix the issue. Couldn’t be more happy with the service! Highly recommend!

I would recommend this company 100 percent. They are so friendly. The guys are professional. I have had 4 separate guys come and service our air conditioning. I liked them so well that my mom whom lives in Sherwood needed a new unit. After 25 years being in her home. I called and set up for them to go take a look. Not only did Steven and his crew try to save my mom money, they were so friendly and prompt that My mom called you thank me for referring her. These folks have been so helpful and supportive of our needs. Chad stopped by when we didn’t know what was the best choice for our situation. He explained it very throughly of what could work. No pressure just call us when you decide. So we decided to do as he suggested. Tyler, Cody, and Andrew arrived to install our system. They are such polite young men. They work hard and work well as a team. We love the system they installed in our garage for heating and cooling. Totally separate from house system. Of course Chad being the good man he is checked back to lake sure we are happy with it all! It’s just amazing how it works. Love it! Thanks Hillenburg team.
