Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!

My elderly mom’s AC failed in 100 degree weather a few weeks ago and I live out of state. I called 5 companies to do my due diligence before hearing about Hillenburg from my old childhood friend Tommy. He told me to call Brandon and gave me his number. Brandon was the only one who impressed me with his responsiveness, price, install turnaround time and service after the sale. This is a HUGE purchase so you want to make sure you get it right and I feel confident in choosing the best company in Central Arkansas. The installers were respectful, professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quality job. Inspector even gave them kudos for their quality of work. Thanks Brandon & the Hillenburg Team!
Talk about speed and efficiency! They were out and fixing our unit in less than 4 hours, and had it up and running in about an hour! Chris gave us some amazing service, 10/10!

Nick and Christian installed a new heat and air unit for me yesterday. We had milked my old unit for a year and a half, but it was time. First, they were on time, friendly and explained everything to me. They were both extremely professional and worked until they got everything done. My main concern was the original line set possibly having a leak in it due to the freon I was loosing. Nick took his time and did a good pressure check and ran a really long vacuum on it. Everything checked out great. Christian for being so young is a very hard worker. Thank you Christian and Nick for installing the new system and Thank you Hillenburg Heat and Air. Some pics of the bad coil and after pics once everything was installed. Thanks again, keep up the good work.
Beyond beating the price of replacement units from the competition they did a fast tear out and install, and took a few extra steps along the way leaving nice uniform bends in the outdoor line set.
Highly recommend! Chad is the best! He fixed our AC in no time. He showed up earlier than expected, was professional, and remembered our family from the times we’ve had our tune ups! The company was very accommodating to get us in ASAP!
