Today was one of the hottest days of the year and our AC malfunctioned. I called Hillenburg from a recommendation and they came the same day. Chad diagnosed the problem and got us up and running. He gave me a good number to call if I have a problem before the repair part comes in. I am very pleased with Chad. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what needs to be done. He wasn’t in a hurry and was respectful. Thumbs up to you!
Just had Chris come out a few minutes ago. He called me before his scheduled time to be here and said that he could come early. You very seldom see that these days. My AC was blowing out warmer air then normal. He checked the system and said it was low on freon and said I probably have a leak due to the amount he had to put into the system. He asked if I wanted a leak check done and quoted me the price. I told him yes I would. He found a leak in the condensor coil and got me a quote within minutes and then gave me a few other options I could go with.. He arrived on time was very nice and explained everything to me and all my options. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great Company!!!!
This is what I truly am personally 🙏 grateful to be able to review this business as the SOUTHERN KIND TRUE BLUE HOME TOWN FEEL OF GREATER GOOD FOR THEIR RESIDENTS AND EVEN BEYOND… no 5 stars with this place No no they are in a league all of their own. Setting such a precedence for so many to even to try and follow! 10 stars gold for this one that takes a personal care to the clients

Chad Watson, the service manager, came to check my HVAC after I called and told them I needed a new system. My house was struck by lightening. He went in the attic for about 5 minutes, replaced a fuse. I’m a new widow that thought I was going to have to spend at least a couple thousand on a new system. These are good HONEST people. Thanks Chad!
They came out the same day at scheduled time. Very good and friendly service.
Kyle did our winter service today. He was very professional and polite. He did a thorough cleaning keeping with Hillenburg’s professional standards.
